Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Uricko, operated by Richter Brothers. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Complaint Timeframe

  • Refunds are subject to vendor approval based on their refund policies and assessments.

  • Any refund complaint or request must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

  • To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Perishable goods, custom products, or food items that have been opened or prepared are generally not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective and approved by the vendor.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required to process any refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items such as perishable groceries, prepared foods, personalized/custom products, and hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective and with vendor approval.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@uricko.com.

  • Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.

  • You may be asked to return the product in its original packaging for inspection.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, and vendor approval is confirmed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We may offer exchanges for certain items in lieu of refunds. Please contact customer support for eligibility and process details.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uricko.com.
